Thank you to everyone for keeping us in the loop with absences through the attendance email! We appreciate your patience as we work through our policies and system to make sure that everyone is getting to all the necessary classes!
Pink Slips: Slips will be completed by the teachers when a student’s attendance is a concern (3 absences for a class/month or ongoing issue). Parents, you will be notified when the slip is completed, at which point you need to schedule a meeting with Miss Michelle. Remember that excessive absences may result in a dancer being pulled from that comp number. Being in class is an essential part of your commitment to the team and to your own growth as a dancer. *As we get closer to the start of competitions, it is imperative that students are in classes and rehearsals. Remember that it is your responsibility to your team to be here and be prepared.
Missing Ballets: Remember all ballets must be made up (regardless of reason for absence). There are many opportunities for make-ups, especially for Seniors and Teens! Please speak to Miss Daniella or Miss Hali to find out what classes are appropriate for your make-up class.

*Any discrepancies, please email mfattendance@gmail.com. When you make up, make sure you are telling your teacher you are making up a class and filling out the make-up slip (otherwise you might not marked for the class).
